Craigieburn Sports Stadium and Surrounds Master Plan SOAR Survey

Thank you for contributing to the Craigieburn Sports Stadium and Surrounds Master Plan by completing this SOAR survey from Hume City Council's consultants, City Collective.

A strengths, opportunities, aspirations, results (SOAR) analysis is a strategic planning tool that focuses an organisation on current strengths and vision of the future for developing key strategic goals. This survey differs slightly from the commonly used SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis, engaging all levels and functional areas of an organisation, while SWOT is typically a top-down approach. With SOAR, the focus is on the organisation/site and enhancing what is currently done well, rather than concentrating on perceived threats and/or weaknesses.

From your own point-of-view, and with specific consideration of your discipline/Council department or connection to the site, please answer the following questions. Please do your best not to skip ahead, the questions are designed to tease out and evolve your insights in a particular order. Please provide 3-5 bullet points for each question. Some of the questions may seem similar – please do your best to provide answers to all.

Thank you.

This survey is voluntary and anonymous. A report will be prepared for the project control group; it will not contain opinions or information that could lead to the identification of any individuals.
