Hume Indoor Cricket Centre

Please complete all details on the Booking Enquiry form for the Hume Indoor Cricket Centre.
This will provide us with details of your preferred bookings and how you wish to utilise this facility.

Please note the following requirements apply for induction approval:

- A qualified first aider must be present for the entire duration of the booking.
- At least one other person must be present with you at all times during the booking.
- Access cards must not be shared or provided to any other person. The cardholder is solely responsible for opening, securing, and closing the facility.
- Users are required to supply their own first aid kit and supplies for each booking.
 
Bookings will only be accepted by participants eighteen years or older. For bookings made on behalf of participants under the age of eighteen, the adult making the booking must attend alongside the participant/s. (Direct supervision is required for children 11 years and under, and recommended for those under the age of eighteen). *This question is required.
Bookings will only be accepted for those over the age of 18.
